Our team provides support workers to care for adult NDIS participants in SILs and respite services across the Gold Coast region.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who require support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, and domestic duties.

  • We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual who can provide emotional support and assistance with community-based activities.
Requirements:
  • You will need to have a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification) and/or currently studying in this field.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience supporting people in SILs with physical and intellectual disabilities is essential.
  • An Australian Driver's License is also required.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is necessary.
  • You must hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment.
  • National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months or willing to apply).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module is a must.
  • A reliable smartphone with data is required for communication and record-keeping purposes.
