Job Title:

Home Support Specialist

This is a role that requires empathy and compassion to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. As a Home Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic assistance, and social support to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication administration;
  • Providing domestic assistance, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation;
  • Offering social support, including transportation to medical appointments and social activities;
