
Executive Business Development Specialist

The Senior Project Manager position requires an individual who can foster relationships with employees, internal and external clients, to support the company's mission statement.
This role will involve providing opportunities to increase business unit revenues by marketing and cross-selling products and services, managing projects from design to owner training, and maintaining and growing the 'Client for Life' concept.
The Senior Project Manager will also assist the team by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training next-generation leaders, as well as sales support to secure potential sales and execute project coordination, documentation, financials, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of automation systems, construction, mechanical, and electrical systems, and services.
- Offer and implement solutions to clients in collaboration with other engineering and field personnel.
- Design and develop distributed control systems, including PLC/HMI/SCADA programs, product selection, and Engineering Drawings.
- Perform project startup, program modification, and commissioning of new PLC/HMI/SCADA control systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and pursue opportunities for revenue growth.
- Utilize internal estimating software and standard product selections to develop client solutions.
