Partner Management is a crucial aspect of our organization's growth strategy. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Partner Management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies
  • Manage existing partnerships and identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
  • Build relationships with distributors, ISV/SI/VAR partners, marketing partners, and vendor partners
  • Champion the use of CRM and tracking tools to maintain accurate partner data
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience in partnership management or similar functions within the IT industry
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor a high-performing team
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and its partner dynamics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in CRM management and Excel software
