Technical Support Specialist

The Langham Hospitality Group seeks a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical support for the effective implementation and delivery of all IT Systems (software and hardware) across The Property.

  • Support the installation and ongoing maintenance of all IT (software and hardware) across The Property, including Front Office Property Management System, Networks, Internal IT System, Point of Sales, Telephone & HR Systems.
  • Proactively solve IT issues across The Property, ensuring the optimal performance of IT Systems and responding promptly to both guest and colleague queries providing excellent service, knowledge and support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong background in a similar position in a customer-centric environment with good working knowledge of various IT Systems across organisations.
  • Relevant IT experience through personal interest, industry or education.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to learn.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in IT/IT Systems is desirable.
  • Hotel experience highly desirable.
  • Australian work rights.

This role requires someone who is passionate about technology, particularly in network and server infrastructure, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
