Job Opportunity

This exciting opportunity exists for a tech savvy HR professional to join our team on a fixed term contract.

The role will act as a key stakeholder in supporting the implementation of a new payroll platform, and ensuring the continued integrity of our broader HR Technology mix.

Reporting to the General Manager - People and Culture, this position will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of people systems covering recruitment and interviewing, learning, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, document management, intranet and associated integrations and interfaces.

  • Supporting the administration and continued optimization of our people systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement or improved outcomes for the business;
  • Undertaking project work (including analysis, documentation, configuration, testing and data review) to support system implementation and migration works across the people systems environment;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including vendors) to champion systems enhancements for our business;
  • Performing testing, validation, verification, audit and other activities to ensure reliable, high quality people data; and
  • Acting as the internal SME and supporting with trouble shooting, communication of enhancements, and training and education activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous knowledge and experience working with and administering HR systems is essential, with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Preceda, Tanda or similar platforms considered highly desirable.

A strong Excel and data analysis skillset, including VLOOKUPS, standard formulas and pivot tables, will be beneficial.

A working knowledge of Web API's and integration methodologies would be advantageous.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related discipline are preferred.
