Bond University, Australia's first private not-for-profit university is seeking a Student Systems Officer to join its dynamic and collaborative team.

About the Position

This part-time continuing appointment 0.6 FTE offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Bond's award-winning student experience.

As a key member of the Student Systems and Data team you will be responsible for administering and updating the student system providing training and documentation managing system access models and improving student-facing functions.

You will work closely with the Manager Student Systems and Data to contribute to business analysis testing and implementation of student systems as well as evaluating and implementing improvements to user service and operating efficiencies.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in managing and implementing student administration or complex information systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to formulate and implement practical solutions to complex problems in software systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret communicate and facilitate data quality and integrity insights.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to cooperate and liaise effectively with internal and external clients.

The successful applicant will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team with minimal supervision.

Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $83,619 and $113,419 plus superannuation based on the Australian dollar currency.
