About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy Administrator to join our team.

This is a key support role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day operations, providing admin support across our Sales, Logistics and Warehouse departments. You'll also be in regular contact with our clients via email and phone, helping to finalise booking details, clarify information and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be working within a fast-paced and supportive environment where clear communication, problem-solving and initiative are highly valued. This role also includes comprehensive, hands-on training delivered directly by one of our Directors — giving you a unique insight into the systems that power the business and the opportunity to contribute to their improvement over time.

We're looking for someone who not only thrives on structure and organisation, but who can spot inefficiencies and proactively offer smarter ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support across sales and logistics teams
  • Liaise with clients via phone and email to finalise booking details and updates
  • Use internal systems to manage job information, update records and maintain accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure all information is up to date and aligned
  • Support with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management and data entry
  • Identify areas for improvement within admin processes and confidently implement system enhancements

  • Previous experience in an administration or operations role is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
