Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce solutions that align with client strategies and transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise programs
  • Develop architectural principles, development standards, and DevOps practices
  • Design phased implementation strategies tailored to client priorities
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Architects, and SMEs to manage scope, timelines, and risks
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging Salesforce technologies and features
  • Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and contribute to practice growth and thought leadership
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture and enterprise implementations
  • Strong track record of leading complex Salesforce programs and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-specific solutions
  • Experience with DevOps, DataOps, and Salesforce testing frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
  • A passion for solving business challenges through technology innovation
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or System Architect are highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks is crucial
