**Role Description**:
The role of the Coordinator, Strategy is to help facilitate the management of the Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC) meetings and events, while following best practices and procedures. The coordinator works hand-in-hand alongside our Strategist team to ensure excellent preparation for upcoming meetings. The position requires strong logístical and organisational skills and the ability to work with Executive Management, Sales Management and other critical organisations to ensure the success of these meetings. This is a dynamic position for someone interested in developing Marketing and project management skills and/or developing experience in executive briefing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive coordination of customer briefings at our Salesforce Innovation Centre, including triaging the queue of requests and directing to a member of the Strategy team
- Participate in calls with the sales team to gain deeper understanding of meeting objectives
- Work directly with SIC Strategists to gain an understanding of goals of the briefing and each discussion topic
- Source and schedule all internal Discussion Leaders/Executives for each Briefing, including scheduling a briefing call in the calendar
- Translate goals of briefing into a compelling invitation for our internal discussion leaders and executives
- Provide clarification of schedules to discussion leaders and SIC Strategy team
- Resolve scheduling issues with meeting agendas for upcoming SIC briefings and those in progress
- Update meeting agenda when necessary
- Creation of meeting slide deck and agenda template for print purposes
- Tactical data input and tracking for team metrics and results, including drafting a weekly comms to All Marketing with a status update of the SIC program

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Recent, relevant professional experience
- Exceptional communication, organisational skills (must be _very _detail-oriented) and professionalism required for executive-level meetings
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure - including ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once
- Able to work effectively as an individual contributor but also within a high impact team environment
