Salesforce Solution Architect Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key position in a professional services firm as a Salesforce expert. The organization is renowned for its innovation, large-scale Salesforce programs, and collaborative work environment.

The team supports a diverse range of industries from Education to Financial Services and the Public Sector through both Salesforce implementation and Application Managed Services (AMS). As a vital member of this team, you will partner with clients to drive digital transformation using Salesforce and nCino, CRM optimization and enhancement.

Within this capability, the Salesforce Solution Architect team plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering advanced solutions that help clients unlock the full potential of the Salesforce platform.

  • Develop comprehensive Salesforce solution architectures for large-scale programs
  • Define architectural principles, development standards, and DevOps practices
  • Create tailored implementation strategies aligned with client priorities
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Architects, and SMEs to manage scope, timelines, and risks
  • Oversight of integration architecture, data migration planning, and execution
  • Evaluation and recommendation of emerging Salesforce technologies and features
  • Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards
  • Mentor team members and contribute to practice growth and thought leadership
