As a Salesforce expert, you will deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your role involves analyzing business processes, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, conducting needs assessments and requirements gathering.\
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions tailored to client specifications, ensuring best practices are followed.\
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan, execute, and deliver client-focused solutions within specified timelines.\
  • Provide training and support to clients and end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce tools.\
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or challenges faced by clients post-implementation.\
  • Stay updated on Salesforce product advancements and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.\
  • Document solution designs, processes, and user guides for client reference.\
  • Required Skills and Qualifications\
    • \
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.\
    • Proven experience in implementing or configuring Salesforce solutions including B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud; bonus for Health Cloud and Nonprofit Cloud experience.\
    • Strong understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can enhance them.\
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.\
    • 5+ Salesforce Administrative/Consultant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant).\
