Salesforce Engineering Expert
Driva is seeking a skilled Salesforce engineer to join its engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, strong software fundamentals, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce features that automate repetitive processes and streamline operations workflows.
Write clean, modular, and well-tested code across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL.
Develop a robust automated test strategy that catches bugs early and reduces regressions.
Improve CI/CD pipeline and development workflows to reduce deployment risk and friction.
Partner with stakeholders to design effective solutions and drive adoption.
Investigate bugs or system errors and escalate where necessary.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and knowledge of Salesforce best practices.
Ability to design and implement effective test strategies in Salesforce.
Experience leading CI/CD practices within Salesforce.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its limitations.
