
Behavioural Support Specialist

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support services to clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction.
- Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
- Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Deliver supports in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Dedicated supervision and leadership to support your growth and development.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities, including monthly internal training and a generous personal PD budget.
- Paid study leave to support your ongoing learning and career goals.

- Core NDIS registration (limited registration may be considered).
- A driver's licence and your own vehicle.
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous NDIS experience is highly desirable but not essential.
