About the Role

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support services to clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction.
  • Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
  • Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Deliver supports in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.

What We're Looking For
  • Core NDIS registration (limited registration may be considered).
  • A driver's licence and your own vehicle.
  • WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Previous NDIS experience is highly desirable but not essential.
