Job Summary

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individually designed support plans within specified timeframes. This includes complex case management as part of creating those plans.

Main Objectives

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate behaviour supports relating to individual needs in line with relevant legislative and ethical requirements.
  • Develop and implement training and support plans for participants, staff, families, and carers in positive behaviour support and specialist topics as required.

About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner who uses principles of evidence-based practice in all service delivery, ensuring that support reflects Disability Services Standards, Child Safety, NDIS, and other relevant legislative requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support services to participants, including planning, implementation, and review of support plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to safeguard participant wellbeing.

What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of disability services standards and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
