Job DescriptionThis is a traditional EA role covering calendar and email management, external and internal stakeholder engagement, project support, administration, preparation of documents, presentations, agendas, reports, board and council information.
You will be responsible for making things happen efficiently, quickly, and with a calm friendly manner in a busy fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is essential.
- Excellent technical skills, strong communication (both written and verbal), outstanding organisational abilities, and a patient flexible approach are required.
A background in law or communications or a history as a political advisor would be ideal.
BenefitsThis hybrid role offers 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with core business hours from 9:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, providing excellent flexibility.
NFP background is not essential but would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Support the CEO and COO in their daily tasks and projects.
- Write speeches for the CEO and assist her in preparing strategically for the CEO round table.
- Be comfortable having minimal in-person communication with the CEO.
This is a pivotal role where your ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritise tasks effectively will be crucial.
