The Role

This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing commercial projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of commercial projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
About You
  • Previous experience in managing commercial, education or hospitality projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Already living in QLD or has plans for immediate relocation.
