We are seeking an experienced and strategic Portfolio Coordinator to join our team in Southeast Queensland (SEQ).
About the Role
The Portfolio Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing the alignment of council portfolios with strategic goals, ensuring that projects and programs deliver maximum value to the community.
- Leading portfolio planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring that projects align with organisational strategy and community outcomes.
- Monitoring project performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Developing and maintaining portfolio governance frameworks and reporting systems.
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
What We're Looking For
- Qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and organisational alignment.
