About The Role

This is an opportunity to work collaboratively within a small team to support the implementation of key strategies and initiatives across the School Improvement Branch.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of project plans and phases;
  • Support the administration and organisation of program and project activities through preparing communications, correspondence, presentations and website content;
  • Conduct research and analysis to support program and project monitoring activities and the understanding of complex matters;
  • Provide secretariat support for committees and senior executive meetings including preparing agendas, meeting papers, taking minutes and tracking action items;
  • Ensure all corporate processes are followed and legal requirements are met;
  • Undertake other duties as required to support the success of the team and its initiatives.
