People Transformation Lead

Drive transformative change as a strategic business partner in a high-performing team on an ongoing cultural journey. Reporting to the General Manager - People, you will collaborate with operational leadership teams and be accountable for initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with State Managers to develop people strategies, aligning safety, performance, capability, engagement, and talent initiatives with the organization's strategy.
  • Implement strategic people initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio and partner with stakeholders to deliver cyclical people plan activities.
  • Utilize team listening and talent data to provide actionable insights to leaders and formulate action plans to address opportunities.
  • Provide advice and coaching on complex people and employment matters.
  • Manage the implementation of people change initiatives, including supporting leaders to deliver and embed change.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR as a strategic business partner; ideally multi-site.
  • Relevant tertiary degree qualifications e.g. HR, Business/ Commerce, Psychology.
  • Retail, FMCG or related industry experience is ideal.
  • Driven by a customer mission and passionate about being part of a team of great people.
