Job Title: Organisational Change Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Manager to join our team. As an Organisational Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of high-value, complex transformation initiatives across our Operations portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage change risks using real-time insights and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Drive a culture of adaptability by embedding best-practice change methodologies into Operations Transformation initiatives.
  • Promote two-way communication between Operations and Transformation teams and provide input to senior leadership messages on Ops Tx Initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs impacting frontline teams.
  • Lead teams when more than one change champion is deployed to complex initiatives which may include IT OCMs, Enterprise, or Operations.

What You'll Need:

  • A recognised certification in Organisational Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or extensive experience in applied change roles.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Organisational Change Management, transformation, or business readiness roles.
  • Expertise and experience in leading high-value, complex change initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and execute change strategies for large-scale, frontline-impacting transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of change governance, risk mitigation, and benefits realisation.
  • Experience working with operational teams undergoing major transformation.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Excel.
