The role of an HR Solutions Specialist is multifaceted and impactful, focusing on optimising employee services through a holistic approach.
This position drives improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to design user-centred solutions that enhance the employee experience, streamline operations, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance to managers on operational people matters and employment conditions.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement intuitive, scalable, and future-ready people solutions.
- Lead current state analysis, identify opportunities for improvement in key HR processes, and facilitate cross-functional workshops to shape HR strategies.
- Drive service enhancement through data insights, self-service enablement, and experience-led design.
This role contributes to strategic projects across the organisation, focusing on operational people matters and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications- Proven HR generalist or project experience in complex environments.
- Exposure to transformation projects and a mindset for ongoing improvement.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and training delivery.
This is a role for someone who can see the bigger picture, connect the dots, and drive organisational change.
Security Clearance RequirementsTo be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent resident as an Airservices Background check is required for this role.
