Job Role:
The Recruitment Coordinator will oversee the hiring process, provide administrative assistance to management and coordinate wellness activities. This is a full-time opportunity based in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment for various positions.
- Offer proactive support to managers in recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Administer employment agreements and new starter paperwork, and regularly review staff files.
- Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives and staff induction sessions.
- Monitor the HR inbox, respond to queries from applicants, and prepare reports as required.
- Assist with administration of work-related injury claims and injury management.
- Perform general HR administration duties and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 or more years' experience in an HR role.
- Knowledge or exposure to Disability, Nursing, Healthcare & Allied Health industry (desirable).
- A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
