Job Role:

The Recruitment Coordinator will oversee the hiring process, provide administrative assistance to management and coordinate wellness activities. This is a full-time opportunity based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment for various positions.
  • Offer proactive support to managers in recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Administer employment agreements and new starter paperwork, and regularly review staff files.
  • Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives and staff induction sessions.
  • Monitor the HR inbox, respond to queries from applicants, and prepare reports as required.
  • Assist with administration of work-related injury claims and injury management.
  • Perform general HR administration duties and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years' experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge or exposure to Disability, Nursing, Healthcare & Allied Health industry (desirable).
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
