As a vital member of our team, the Application Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of the TrakCare product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Application Specialist liaises with customers to understand work processes and requirements addressed by the TrakCare application.
  • They implement the TrakCare application to suit customer business requirements, following established methodologies and processes.
  • Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations and workshops as required to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Implement and control change management requests from clients, ensuring seamless integration and adaptation.
  • Deliver successful application implementation phases that meet customer expectations.
  • Develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TrakCare implementations, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients alike.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify potential changes within the product's parameters, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
