Job Overview

Transformative Role

This position plays a pivotal part in the implementation of scheduling and time & attendance components of our platform, contributing to process design, documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the successful launch of UKG's scheduling module within the next year.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document business processes and scheduling requirements.
  • Partner with Organisational Change Management (OCM) to align training with designed processes.
  • Contribute to persona design, user stories, test case development, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Develop and deliver clear presentations for senior business leaders.
  • Work with UKG testers to validate functionality and support production defect triage.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms, specifically in Time & Attendance and/or Scheduling.
  • Strong background in implementing or enhancing HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to document business processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working independently in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision when needed.
