Implementation Specialist Job Overview

The role of Implementation Specialist is crucial to the success of our organization's staff rostering system implementation project. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team to deliver efficient, accurate and consistent workforce management solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement a consolidated replacement solution that meets the needs of our workforce
  • Lead the workforce through the implementation of the new solution and ensure a seamless transition
  • Establish a post-implementation support framework to address any issues or concerns that may arise

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR system implementation projects, rostering or payroll administration, Humanforce and/or TimeTarget
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify underlying causes and suggest alternative actions
  • Excellent desktop computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
