Job Title: System Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful onboarding and setup of our newest customers.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Pre-Implementation Consultants to bring each customer's requirements to life by configuring systems, managing data, supporting integrations, and ensuring everything is in place for go-live.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure customer systems based on solution designs
  • Adjust builds post-validation to reflect customer feedback
  • Prepare, validate, and import customer data with accuracy
  • Troubleshoot data issues to support smooth onboarding
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Pre-Implementation Consultants to keep projects on track
  • Raise risks early and communicate clearly with the team
  • Share insights with the Customer Experience team to support long-term success
  • Provide responsive, thoughtful support during implementation
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in SaaS implementation, system configuration, or project delivery
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, especially with data handling
  • Confidence using new systems and working independently
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
