Training Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a skilled and experienced Training Specialist to play a crucial role in the implementation of large-scale system changes.

This part-time role, working 3 days a week, involves designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure employees are proficient in new systems.

  • Designing and delivering training programs for large-scale system implementations or change management projects;
  • Experience with instructional design or a related field;
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models;
  • Ability to adapt approach to meet ongoing business and stakeholder needs;

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or technical environment;
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, engaging diverse audiences;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS);
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
