Change Management Specialist Role

This key leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping the future state of an institution.

The successful candidate will lead and manage change-management streams through transition to the future-state, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage change-management streams through transition to the future-state, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project teams and sponsors to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, fostering positive engagement throughout the change process.
  • Work closely with other stream leads to identify, understand, and facilitate transition activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational change management, with experience in complex transformation programs preferably within higher education.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent change-management experience in complex transformation programs, preferably within higher education.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change programs, including designing, developing, and implementing change deliverables.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project and change management frameworks and governance methodologies.
  • Skilled in collaborating with project sponsors, managers, and owners to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
