Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality fit-out and construction projects.

About the Role:

  • Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project parameters.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and subcontractor negotiations, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, promoting open communication and mutual understanding.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent, preferably in the construction industry.
  • A natural leader and problem solver who thrives under pressure, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac, or similar project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in project management principles.
