Executive Healthcare Fit-out Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the rollout of healthcare fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with the design and construction team to ensure optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage up to 8 small projects concurrently
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting
- Develop construction programs and oversee project delivery
- Provide technical expertise to clients
- Demonstrate high-level planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within fit-out or shop-fit-out projects as a principal contractor
- Experience delivering rollout projects
- Tertiary qualification in Construction (highly regarded)
- Construction or shopfitting experience
- Experience managing multiple projects valued up to $500k
- Design and construct experience is advantageous
With exceptional leadership and organizational skills, you will effectively manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
You will work closely with the design and construction team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
