Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead the execution of healthcare fit-out projects. This involves managing multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with our in-house design and construction teams to ensure optimal results for clients.

Main Responsibilities:- Manage up to 8 small projects simultaneously.
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting.
- Develop construction programs and oversee project delivery.
- Provide expert guidance to clients.
- Demonstrate high-level planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within fit-out or shop-fit-out projects as a principal contractor.
- Experience delivering rollout projects.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction (highly regarded).
- Construction or shopfitting experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects valued up to $500k.
- Design and construct experience is advantageous.
