Project Coordinator & Engineer Role

Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment Projects in Melbourne CBD.

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
  • Provide technical support to site teams to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver materials and services on time.
  • Conduct quality inspections and checks to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project coordination and management.

  • Financial administration and cost control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in project management software Procore and Jobpac.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
