Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the project's successful delivery by meeting quality expectations and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Site Manager with a principal contractor.
  • Prior experience in managing high-end hospitality fit out projects is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $5m or more.
  • Expertise in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in construction-related fields.
