Job Title: Key Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our fit-out projects from start to finish.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar is essential, along with a minimum of 7-15 years of experience in the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing project strategies to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Managing project teams to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinating site operations and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar.
  • Minimum 7-15 years of experience in the successful delivery of projects.
  • Proven leadership ability in building and motivating teams.
  • Strong project financial reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
