Facilities Management & Maintenance Role

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to provide maintenance services across multiple early learning centres.

As a facilities manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and customer service. Your cluster will be based in the Eastern Suburbs of Victoria.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing repairs and maintenance services
  • Working autonomously to anticipate and resolve issues
  • Developing strong partnerships with colleagues and clients
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Working across multiple disciplines including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar field
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Covid-19 vaccination requirements
  • Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade (Preferred)
