Trades & Labour - Recruitment Consultant

What's the role? This is a full 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on business development. You'll be building and managing your own client base, sourcing top-quality candidates, and placing them into short-term and ongoing labour hire roles.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Making outbound sales calls and visiting construction sites
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Posting job ads and screening candidates
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Managing placements from start to finish
- Working closely with our payroll and compliance team
- Hitting weekly KPIs and driving your own success
- Proven experience in a sales-driven environment (recruitment, trades, construction supply, etc.)
- A confident communicator who's not afraid to pick up the phone or knock on-site doors
- Motivated, results-focused and resilient
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with competing priorities
- Industry knowledge is a bonus – but not essential if you're a quick learner
- Established brand across VIC, NSW & QLD with strong repeat business
