Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Operations Specialist to help maintain the smooth operation of our office environment.
About the Role- Act as the welcoming face of our organization - greeting clients, visitors and contractors
- Manage incoming calls, emails and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Maintain the presentation, security and functionality of our office spaces
- Support office repairs, contractor coordination and health & safety processes
- Handle mail, deliveries, supplies and vendor relationships
- Maintain building security protocols and access cards
- Support compliance and incident reporting, including WHS and emergency procedures
- A personable and professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing reception or administration role, ideally in a corporate setting
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A self-motivated, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Confidence in engaging with colleagues and service providers at all levels
- Sound IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with facilities systems (room booking, access control) is a plus
- An understanding of workplace health & safety (WHS) responsibilities is desirable
