As a seasoned HR professional, you will lead our Asia Pacific Human Resources function and drive business outcomes in the region.
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee strategic HR initiatives and develop a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with firm-wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust HR framework for APAC, ensuring seamless integration with global strategies.
- Leverage your expertise to advise the APAC partnership and leadership team on HR operational matters.
- Maintain effective working relationships across the global firm, fostering collaboration between Business Managers, Group HR Managers, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development teams.
- Proven experience in professional services in Asia Pacific, with a strong track record of delivering strategic HR plans.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR policies and procedures that meet regional needs.
- Experience with APAC relevant HR practices and issues, with a keen understanding of cultural nuances.
- A results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a calm, composed manner.
- A self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A detail-oriented individual with high standards, committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Highly resilient and adaptable, able to navigate diverse cultures and perspectives.
