Job Opportunity: People & Culture Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our exceptional employee experience and driving our growth goals.

You will work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop high-performing teams and deliver an engaging employee experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering business-aligned HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to implement high-performance frameworks that support our broader strategic goals.
  • Leading the design and execution of strategic L&D initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement and capability uplift.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a similar People & Culture, HRBP, or Talent Development role and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver learning frameworks and early-career programs that attract and nurture emerging talent.
  • Provide coaching and practical support to leaders on performance enablement, development conversations, and building future-ready teams.
  • Manage cyclical People & Culture activities, including probation reviews, performance appraisals, and career milestone processes.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver people strategies that support business growth and team performance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian workplace relations legislation.
