As a Commercial Lending Professional, you will facilitate great customer conversations to understand their goals and needs. You will originate solutions for businesses, including commercial lending, asset finance, and everyday banking solutions.
You will proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals. You will be a brand ambassador within the local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition.
Key skills required include:
- Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales
- Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent customer engagement skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face)
- Facilitation skills to help manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Passion for Small Business customers
- FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority Level 2
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping small businesses succeed. They will be able to build deep connections with our communities and customers by delivering compelling propositions and exceptional execution.
