The ideal candidate will apply branding and design standards, deliver a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and implement a light-weight visitor request workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deliver a SharePoint Online intranet MVP.
  • Apply branding, design, and theming to align with corporate standards.
  • Implement a visitor request form/workflow (e.g., SharePoint list with automation email alert).
  • Set up navigation, page layouts, document libraries, and other core intranet features.
  • Configure permissions and governance settings.
  • Provide handover documentation and knowledge transfer/training for staff.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Baseline security clearance (mandatory).
  • Proven experience delivering SharePoint Online intranet solutions.
  • Strong skills in SharePoint Online configuration (modern sites, lists, libraries, navigation, pages).
  • Ability to apply branding and theming consistent with corporate design standards.
  • Experience with low-code automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflows.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint governance, permissions, and content structures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to agreed timeframes.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards.
  • Experience providing training, documentation, and support.
  • Awareness of Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
