We are looking for a skilled professional to design and build a cutting-edge intranet site using SharePoint Online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a SharePoint Online Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that meets corporate standards
  • Apply branding, design, and theming to align with company identity
  • Configure a visitor request form/workflow using SharePoint lists and Power Automate email alerts
  • Set up navigation, page layouts, document libraries, and other core intranet features
  • Configure permissions and governance settings

Provide comprehensive handover documentation and training for staff.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Baseline security clearance is mandatory
  • Proven experience in delivering SharePoint Online solutions is required
  • Strong skills in SharePoint Online configuration (modern sites, lists, libraries, navigation, pages) are necessary
  • Ability to apply consistent branding and theming is essential
  • Experience with low-code automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow management is beneficial
  • Knowledge of SharePoint governance, permissions, and content structures is crucial
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timeframes is necessary
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards would be advantageous
  • Experience in providing training, documentation, and support would be beneficial
  • Awareness of Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) would be desirable
