We are seeking a skilled Thumbnail Designer to create captivating visuals for YouTube content creators.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative and engaging thumbnail concepts that effectively represent the video's content.
- Collaborate with content teams to design visually appealing thumbnails optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Select compelling images from video footage or photoshoots and enhance them as needed to create eye-catching thumbnails.
- Incorporate legible text elements, such as titles, captions, and call-to-action phrases into thumbnail designs.
- Ensure brand consistency by aligning with the channel's branding guidelines, including color schemes, fonts, and logo placement.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify optimal performance in terms of click-through rate (CTR) and viewer engagement.
- 1-2+ years of experience creating thumbnails and using graphic design software.
- Evidence of previous high-quality Minecraft builds and designs.
- Understanding of visual design principles for thumbnails, including composition and color theory.
- Ability to photo-manipulate and make changes in image editing software to test elements, etc.
- Possess strong communication skills and accountability when working with team members.
