The Skilling Queenslanders for Work Trainer role focuses on supporting local job seekers in the Brisbane Metropolitan Region into local jobs and training.

  • Key responsibilities include building skill capability of local job seekers through training for local jobs, undertaking daily operations of the Skilling Queenslanders for Work program, and identifying opportunities for program improvement.

About You:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, clients, peers, employers, and relevant other internal key stakeholders.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, injury, and health conditions and/or injury case management.
  • Previous experience in employment services.
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening check or are willing to obtain one.
