Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inventory Solutions Expert to join our team. Based in South QLD, you will work closely with sales and operations teams to deliver innovative inventory solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

This role is hands-on and field-based, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will identify opportunities and develop tailored inventory solutions to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage systems like vending machines, vendor-managed inventory, and onsite storage
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Coach site facilitators and ensure inventory areas are well-maintained
  • Travel to customer and regional sites as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer site policies
Requirements
  • 5–7 years in a similar role, with 3–5 years in the industry
  • Secondary education required
  • Strong commercial acumen and proposal writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
