Job Opportunity:

The Client Facing Account Handler role involves managing a diverse portfolio of regional Clients including Retailers, Property Owners, Tradespeople, and small Fleet operators.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing your own portfolio of local business customers
  • Renewing contracts with insurance providers
  • Handling adjustments to client risk profiles
  • Notifying clients of claims and liaising with insurers
  • Maintaining regular client contact and building relationships
  • Visiting clients across the local area on occasion
