Inventory Solutions Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to assume the role of Inventory Solutions Specialist. This dynamic position involves collaborating closely with our sales and operations teams to devise innovative inventory solutions that cater to customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing tailored inventory solutions
  • Implement and manage systems such as vending machines, vendor-managed inventory, and onsite storage
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Coach site facilitators and ensure inventory areas are well-maintained
  • Travel to customer and regional sites as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer site policies
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years in a similar role, with 3–5 years in the industry
  • Secondary education required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial acumen and proposal writing ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
