Job Title: Workforce SchedulerRoster Coordination is a dynamic role that requires effective rostering, scheduling and allocation of staff across the perioperative department to ensure resourcing meets patient demand for service delivery.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure rosters reflect resource needs at the appropriate levels and skills required.
  • Prior experience in roster management and/or staff resource allocation
  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Numerical and planning skills relevant to roster coordination and management
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify risk and make recommendations for change
  • Ability to gain and present meaningful insights from workforce analytics to inform workforce priorities
  • Business administration qualification - desirable
