
High-Level Administrative Support Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic healthcare environment.
As an Administration Officer Level 3, you will be responsible for coordinating office systems and procedures, responding effectively to enquiries, preparing and managing key documents and communications, and contributing to team quality improvement activities.
Your expertise will also involve undertaking patient billing processes with accuracy and care, as well as assisting senior officers and taking minutes for meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven customer service skills delivering positive and professional interactions.
- Ability to work well within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Problem-solving skills using established methods and procedures.
- Effective communication skills in both writing and speech.
